Timbaland will totally kick your ass..
Perennial hit-generating machine Timbaland along with Nelly Furtado have been named in a lawsuit by Finnish record label, Kernel Records, according to The Source. The lawsuit claims that the duo used elements from the song “Acidjazzed Evening” by Finnish artist Janne Suni signed by Kernel Records in their song, “Do It”.
Its not as if this is the first time Timba has been accused of “borrowing” generously from others’ music. But with Nelly Furtado? Please…
Kernel Records (which apparently doesn’t have a website), here’s a piece of advice. No one will listen to “Do It” anyway, so why even bother?
